ASA accredited Machinery and Technical Specialties (MTS) appraisers perform appraisals of General Machinery and Equipment, all types of Construction Equipment, Metalworking and Metal Fabrication Equipment, Medical and Scientific Equipment, Foundries, Plants and Facilities. Aircraft, Marine Vessels, Mines, Quarry’s and related Equipment, Food Service an Equipment, Public Utilities including Transportation Facilities, Fixed Base Operators and Marine Installations as well as other types of commercial assets.

ASA accredited MT&S appraisers provide USPAP (link to USPAP)  compliant appraisals or cost surveys to determine current values, future or residual values, various forms of market values, installed value, various liquidation values, insurance values, establishment of loss or damage, ad valorem tax challenges, eminent domain (condemnation) and diminution of value, rate setting of public utilities, establishment of mineral reserves and residual forecasting.

ASA MT&S appraisers provide USPAP compliant reports for collateral assignment, marital dissolution, mergers & acquisitions, ad valorem challenges, gift and charitable contributions, estate planning, insurance purposes, eminent domain, residual forecasting, repair estimation (marine), present and future values of minerals.
